Home-grown biosciences and advances in engineering allow us to re-imagine the manufacturing of dyes and fabrics. Instead of exploiting and destroying nature for materials, can we create a future of synbiotic collaboration with nature? We will show off glowing bacteria, create microbe paintings with colour producing bacteria, show off how bio-leather can be grown from tea, and much more.
