  • Budget scaling, how low can we go?

  • Cable for the last bit to the tent, guidelines say all outside cable needs to be H07RN. Are outside extension leads H07RN
  • Do we need 6a mcbs or can we get away with 16a mcb, means 20 people will lose power if trips
  • If a village wants a kettle for example do we give extra sockets?
  • Environment agency own the gauging station, they have a supply? need to beg
  • After visit looks unlikely going to be able to use moffett forklift, generator(s) would be in the way

Sanitation (Crypt)

  • Need information on water site survey

  • Talking to Anglian water about flood control and notifying the authorities that the site is in use

Internet (Jasper)

  • Site survey information from today
  • Is a cherry picker required for line-of-site testing?
  • Confirm the new number of portaloos needed for distribution

  • Someone needs to project manage the team and become actual primary

  • Do we want more than three marquees? Only one for workshops seems small given our focus.

Transport (Alison)

  • Parking situation: sized / marked-up plan to estimate actual numbers of vehicles which can be accommodated in each location is in production. Wiki has been updated on traffic management issues.

Volunteers (Oni)

  1. What will be the perks?
    • Given that we may have to supply them to ~150 volunteers
    • Current proposal is tea & coffee for all volunteers
      • Food voucher with the vendors for these doing more than 1 shift per day.
      • T-shirt/hi-viz jacket to keep (~£2-£5 each) from left over cash
  2. Discussion of other teams' requirements (Events, vendors, security, community, admin etc)
    • Currently have stage hands, bar staff, & security
    • will infodesk/front-gate have admin jobs (and any un-obvious community roles)

Security (Oni)

  • Radio acquisition
  • Need for independent security personnel or not.

Badge (Charles)

  • Current plans, who should Alex be talking to about sponsorship?

Sponsorship (Alex)

  • New sponsor opportunities

Communication / Events (Martin, Jonty)

  • New messaging around event, "What we are".
  • Talking directly to groups

Other Issues Arising

Site Visit

  • The northern section of the north section is unusable due to flooding.
  • The southern section of the north section is flat and completely usable.
  • The largest under-bridge section is unusable due to flooding, overgrowth, and nightmarish access.
  • The fire pit is unusable due to location.
  • Any other news from the site visit?

Other

  • The gate being built will be supported by scaffolding, and Chris thinks it may need to be erected by a certified scaff person. This needs legally checking, and checking with the council.
Need to ensure access through gate is sufficient for food-service vehicles
  • Logo, potential for other design input.
  • No response from Lighthouse.
  • Stuart Criddle volunteering?
  • Russ has dropped to four days a week to work on EMF. He is awesome.
